How to start a free return:
Our 6 month worry free warranty means that you have up to 6 months after ordering to request a return.

To start a return:

  1. Go to your Orders
  2. Click on the order you'd like to return
  3. Click the Request Return button

Once we receive your return request, we’ll send you a free return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return can not be accepted.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can make it right. If your item arrived damaged, we are always happy to send a replacement or issue you a full refund, whichever option you prefer.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once the inspection is complete, the refund will be applied to your original payment method. Please remember, it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
